How to shop Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Product Specification We make every effort to supply items exactly as specified but reserve the right to supply items of equal or superior value/quality.
Payment Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept credit card payment (Mastercard and Visa) and debit card payment (Delta, Solo, Switch,). We will not charge your card until goods are ready for despatch.
Shipping And Handling The charges for shipping and handling are UK mainland only and is shown in the shopping cart. We use four methods for shipping goods depending on weight / size: 1. Royal Mail first class post. 2. Courier. 3. Haulier. 4. Our own delivery vehicles.
We will only charge you the amount shown in the shopping cart.
Delivery We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours with next day delivery by courier or first class post. If an item is particually urgent please call us and we will try our best to assist and advise. UK Mainland only.
Goods lost will be replaced Free of Charge. Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to another order when placed. Please notify us where possible with 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.
Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customers own risk.
Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.
Returning Goods If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact within 7 days.
Cost of carriage in this instance is the customers responsibility.

Pricing and VAT All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. V.A.T. at the current rate is shown separately in the shopping cart. An invoice, a receipt for your payment and any relevant health and safety information will accompany your order.
Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
